We offer 3 lodging plans: European plan (lodging only), buffet breakfast plan and all inclusive.

Includes: Breakfast (6:30 AM–12:00 PM), lunch (1:00–5:00 PM), snacks served at the beach and pool areas (10:00 AM–6:00 PM), and dinner (6:00–11:00 PM).

We currently offer 4 restaurants and 5 bars. Please note that dining venues and outlets are subject to the hotel’s daily operating schedule.

Complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at our beach and pool bars. From 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, beverage service is available at Legacy Room. Non-alcoholic beverages are available until midnight.

Yes, we have 2 day pass options: European Plan and All Inclusive. In the European Plan day pass adults pay $750 pesos MXN, and children from 6 to 12 years old pay $450 pesos MXN, (children 0-5 years old for free). $450 pesos MXN are credited per adult, and $325 pesos MXN per child from 6-12 years old in food and beverages. All Inclusive Day Pass: $1,600 pesos MXN per adults, and $1,000 pesos MXN per children. Both are for the use of facilities from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We provide pool towels per person, it is non-refundable, and food and beverages are not allowed in the hotel.

Our heated pools open daily from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m.
