Green: This is a vegan menu. The appetizer is a range of small bites with delicate, delicious flavors. Meanwhile, the main course is a blend of strong flavors and dressings running from spicy to crisp. Finally, the dessert options are a combination of textures and flavors that will astonish you and your dining companion.

Blue: The appetizer is seafood based, primarily batter-dipped and crunchy. Some dishes are slightly sweet to create a balance of flavors. For the main course, one dish brings together intense flavors with soft textures. Dessert features tropical elements with crunchy textures bursting with flavor.

The Candlelight experience is a series of one-of-a-kind concerts that are held by the flickering light of candles in various Mexico City landmarks.

The Torre Latinoamericana is an emblematic skyscraper in the heart of downtown Mexico City.
